I am a bit burned out and I need time to recuperate. Also, I have some other things I need to work on, including developing some other revenue…
“If [danger] ever reach us it must spring up amongst us; it cannot come from abroad. If destruction be our lot we must ourselves be its author and finisher. As a nation of freemen we must live through all time or die by suicide.” --Abraham Lincoln
Judicial Watch today announced that an argument will be held in the Supreme Court of Delaware on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, in the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed on behalf of itself and the Daily Caller News Foundation regarding the secret deal keeping President Biden’s Senate records from being made public (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. University of Delaware (No. N20A-07-001)).
The Supreme Court of Delaware proceeding will be available for viewing here: https://livestream.com/delawaresupremecourt/events/10842485
Judicial Watch had filed an April 30, 2020, FOIA request for:
- All records regarding the proposed release of the records pertaining to former Vice President Joe Biden’s tenure as a Senator that have been housed at the University of Delaware Library since 2012. This request includes all related records of communication between the University of Delaware and any other records created pertaining to any meeting of the Board of Trustees during which the proposed release of the records was discussed.
- All records of communication between any representative of the University of Delaware and former Vice President Biden or any other individual acting on his behalf between January 1, 2018, and the present.
McCarthy was the first deputy to arrive at the house and the suspect, Ari Young, looked "very angry," she said. Video taken on a neighbor's cellphone shows he started pummeling her in the face. He then beat her to the ground, seized her gun and began firing shots in her direction. Her injuries included a broken thumb and a black eye.
"Based on my training and experience, it was easy to infer that something was going on," McCarthy recalled of her initial arrival. "People don’t just arm themselves against their son with a knife for no reason, and the fact that she had already made these statements to dispatch was just awful."
A brutal video of a Syrian migrant stabbing children on a playground in Annecy, France, that went viral on Twitter has now been mass deleted, with numerous accounts displaying the message: video deleted.
The attack, which was covered by Remix News, shows a Syrian migrant racing around stabbing children, as a mother attempts to push her child to safety. According to press reports, at least five children were stabbed in the attack, including two adults. Two of the children remain in critical condition.

The issue of homelessness and drug addiction is on the rise in cities throughout the country, but it is particularly noticeable in the northwest region.
Here, the problem has been allowed to thrive under the watch of progressive leaders.
Not long ago, it was reported that the Democrat mayor of Seattle is proposing to give ‘gift cards’ to homeless individuals battling drug addiction, which would enable them to seek treatment services.
This is the type of policy solution that is considered acceptable for progressive liberals.
Emerald Robinson, the host of “Absolute Truth with Emerald Robinson” on Frank Speech, managed to acquire a copy of Tucker Carlson’s last monologue for his terminated show on Fox News.
Emerald shared the transcript of Tucker’s last monologue on Emerald TV.
Tucker begins by slamming Jen Psaki, a prominent Democrat and totalitarian who thinks freedom of speech is a thing of the past.
Vladimir Putin has announced during a meeting with Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko that the deployment of Russian nuclear weapons in Belarus will commence right after the necessary preparations of the facilities are completed in early July.
Putin told his Belarusian counterpart during an informal meeting in Sochi on Friday that "On July 7-8, the preparation of the relevant structures is being completed and we will immediately begin measures related to the deployment of the relevant types of weapons on your territory".
The Russian leader has previously said that the construction of storage facilities for tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus will be complete by July 1
It is believed that Russia has also helped modernize Belarusian warplanes to make them capable of carrying nuclear weapons.
Special Counsel Jack Smith officially indicted former President Donald Trump on Thursday for his retention of presidential documents following his departure from the White House.
The Attorney General Merrick Garland appointee was hard-pressed to cook up charges but somehow still confirmed Americans’ widely held suspicions that this is just a continuation of the deep state’s ploy to get Trump, which started with the Russia collusion hoax in 2016.
“Today’s act of open legal ‘warfare’ by the highly politicized and partisan Department of Injustice, has taken things to a new level, and set a dangerous precedent,” the Trump campaign said in a statement on Thursday night. “By politically weaponizing the DOJ, the Biden administration and their henchmen in the Swamp are now conducting an all-out prosecution of the leader of the current administration’s political opposition. This is un-American and wrong.”
As Federalist Senior Legal Correspondent Margot Cleveland repeatedly noted prior to the charges, the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) appeared to share no “legitimate concerns” about the documents Trump kept in his Mar-a-Lago home. If they did, NARA failed to afford Trump the same help it gave the Obama administration in securing documents that needed to be preserved.
Yet, the Department of Justice still used the Espionage Act, which does not explicitly prohibit the retention of classified documents, to sic the FBI on Trump’s home in a dramatic raid last August.
Georgia Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene called for the prosecution of President Joe Biden on Thursday in an exclusive interview given to the Daily Caller. Her statement comes in the wake of the FBI permitting her and her fellow House Oversight Committee members to peruse a document containing criminal accusations against Biden from an informant.
The document, an FBI-produced FD-1023, allegedly reveals Biden’s involvement in a quid-pro-quo arrangement during his tenure as Vice President, as claimed by Republican Representative James Comer of Kentucky.
In her conversation with the Daily Caller, Greene provided insights into the document, which she and other members studied at a highly secure facility known as the sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF). However, they were not permitted to reproduce the document or take notes.
Texas will install a floating barrier along the Rio Grande to deter migrants from crossing the river into the US illegally, Gov. Greg Abbott announced Thursday.
The first 1,000-foot section will be set up on July 7 near Eagle Pass, a city officials say is a key entry way for illegal border crossings, the third-term Republican said.
The contraption — made up of interconnected 4-foot-wide sphere buoys that spin when grabbed — can be moved and extended to cover “hot spots” where asylum seekers are sneaking into the US, according to Abbott.
The marine partition is just one part of Abbott’s latest efforts to prevent more migrants from coming into the country through the Lone Star State.
The governor signed a package of six new border security bills Thursday to “protect Texans from the record level of illegal immigration, weapons, and deadly drugs pouring into Texas from Mexico caused by President Biden’s refusal to secure the border,” his office said in a news release.
Last month, the Texas state legislature allocated $5.1 billion for border security.

There won’t be any debate between former President Donald Trump and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, at least when it comes to The Daily Wire’s explosive undercover investigation into transgender health care providers’ dubious practices.
After Matt Walsh revealed in a Wednesday Twitter thread that healthcare providers Plume and Folx appear to be rubber-stamping approvals for life-altering sex-change operations so insurance companies will cover the medical expenses, both Trump and DeSantis expressed outrage. Spokespersons for the former allies-turned-rivals for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination said their candidates would fight the radical transgender craze from the White House.
“This report is shocking and deeply disturbing. President Trump will put an end to this evil malpractice in our medical industry, and fight back against the radical transgender ideology permeating every American institution,” said Karoline Leavitt, spokeswoman for pro-Trump Super PAC Make America Great Again. “Trump is the only candidate who has rolled out a detailed plan to combat this sickness, which includes a DOJ investigation into Big Pharma and hospital networks to determine if they deliberately covered up horrific long-term side-effects of ‘sex transitions’ to get rich at the expense of vulnerable patients. The plan also calls on Congress to stop federal taxpayer dollars from being used to pay for gender transitions.”
The top super PAC supporting former President Trump’s 2024 White House campaign aims to put the spotlight back on the ongoing investigation of President Biden’s handling of classified documents.
The move by the pro-Trump MAGA Inc. super PAC comes in the wake of the federal indictment of Trump, which reportedly revolves around his alleged improper retention of classified records at his Mar-a-Lago residence in Palm Beach, Florida, after leaving the White House in 2021.
"They’ve been after Trump from the beginning," says the narrator in the new spot, which was shared first with Fox News on Friday.
The spot then shows a montage of news clips regarding the investigation by a special counsel appointed by the Justice Department after classified documents from President Obama’s administration were found in Biden’s former office in Washington, D.C., and at his home in Wilmington, Delaware.
A Canadian elementary school hosted a wild Pride celebration on Friday featuring, among other things, a drag queen. St. Matthew's School in St. John's, Newfoundland invited the rainbow-clad entertainer to perform in front of students from kindergarten to grade seven.
Footage of the event was shared to social media, and backlash ensued, with many questioning why children were made to participate in Pride celebrations. The inclusion of the drag queen also sparked criticism.
The Maricopa County Republican Party Executive Committee has censured County Attorney Rachel Mitchell, condemning her for leading an aggressive legal defense of the mismanaged 2022 election.
The censure follows a refusal by Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter A. Thompson of Mitchell’s request for sanctions against the attorneys for Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake. The judge found Lake’s attorneys “did not stray from advocacy into misconduct as would warrant invocation of the Court’s sanctioning authority.”
Mitchell and her legal team have been widely criticized for their overt hostility towards any election challenge legally allowed under Arizona law. Mitchell’s request for sanctions initially prompted Republican activists to call for Mitchell to be “primaried” in the 2024 election cycle.
The censure of Mitchell is sure to heighten interest in Republican circles to find a primary challenger for the unpopular county attorney.
Mitchell and her team accused Lake’s team of intentionally misrepresenting facts to the Court that they knew “lacked factual merit.” The judge disagreed.
Judicial Watch announced today that a senior FBI official admitted, in writing and under oath, that the agency found Clinton email records in the Obama White House, specifically, the Executive Office of the President. The FBI also admitted nearly 49,000 Clinton server emails were reviewed as result of a search warrant for her material on the laptop of Anthony Weiner.
E.W. (Bill) Priestap, assistant director of the FBI Counterintelligence Division, made the disclosure to Judicial Watch as part of court-ordered discovery into the Clinton email issue.
U.S District Court Judge Royce Lamberth ordered Obama administration senior State Department officials, lawyers, and Clinton aides, as well as Priestap, to be deposed or answer writer questions under oath. The court ruled that the Clinton email system was “one of the gravest modern offenses to government transparency.”
Priestap was asked by Judicial Watch to identify representatives of Hillary Clinton, her former staff, and government agencies from which “email repositories were obtained.” Priestap responded with the following non-exhaustive list:
- Bryan Pagliano
- Cheryl Mills
- Executive Office of the President [Emphasis added]
- Heather Samuelson
- Jacob Sullivan
- Justin Cooper
- United States Department of State
- United States Secret Service
- Williams & Connolly LLP
As crime and homelessness strains Portland, Oregon, the city's liberal mayor has proposed spending more than $10 million on marijuana-related initiatives in the upcoming year, nearly double the amount requested to hire new police officers.
Portland mayor Ted Wheeler (D.) made a point to stress his intention to increase investments in public safety, announcing in early May that he aimed to spend $5.3 million to hire 43 new police officers to better address rising vehicle and retail thefts. What the mayor didn’t publicly stress, however, is that the city will be spending almost twice as much on various marijuana initiatives in the city.
Wheeler's budget includes a proposal to put $3 million behind an "ongoing" Cannabis Fund and another $7 million behind a "one-time Cannabis Fund." Of the more than $10 million dedicated to marijuana programs, $2.3 million is earmarked for funding so-called Social Equity and Education Development grants, which disburse funds to rectify "past racially-biased cannabis policies and disparate cannabis-related arrests" and support "Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) and women led/owned small business initiatives."
Fox News host Mark Levin said Thursday on “Hannity” that the indictment of former President Donald Trump was an “insurrection” and election interference.
Levin said, “President Trump is 76 years old. If the Department of Justice gets its way, he will die in federal prison. Just by one of these counts, conspiracy to obstruct justice, which has a 20-year maximum sentence. This is a disgusting, disgusting mark on American history, for the future to come by these bandits in the White House, by the Democrat Party. They don’t play fair anymore. They want to take control of the country. They want one-party rule. And they have used the Department of Justice and the FBI to get what they want.”
He continued, “I don’t want to hear from the legal analysts, the technicalities about false statements and obstruction. This should never have been a criminal case, willful retention of documents. Well, what’s the un-willful retention of documents mean? They’re throwing all these process crimes and all these crimes that grow out of the criminal investigation against Trump. What did he do with the documents? Did he sell them to the enemy? No. That’s why we have an Espionage Act, not to trip up a president. What did he do? Did he burn them all? No! The government has all the documents back! So there is no violation of the Presidential Records Act at this point. But they throw the book at him?”
In the past several years, views have shifted on gender identities. In 2021, nearly six in ten Americans (59%) said there are only two gender identities, man and woman, and 40% of Americans believed there are many gender identities. The following year, in 2022, 62% of Americans believed that there are only two gender identities, and more than one-third (35%) said there are many gender identities. This divide slightly increased again in 2023, with 65% saying there are two gender identities and 34% saying there are many.
Sen. Rand Paul issued a brutal statement to Anthony Fauci, the country’s former lead immunologist who declared recently he had no regrets about the way he handled the pandemic.
During an interview, Fauci, who led the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases since Ronald Reagan’s first term in the early 1980s, was asked if there was anything he would do differently regarding the COVID-19 outbreak.
“I’m the first to admit I’m far from perfect, but when you say do over, you know, I really can’t see something that I would do completely over,” Fauci said.
Paul, a Kentucky Republican, was not happy with Fauci’s remark.
“Likely there is no public figure, or public health figure, that has made a greater error in judgment than Dr. Fauci. The error in judgment was to fund gain-of-function research in a totalitarian country — fund research that allowed them to create super viruses that, in all likelihood, accidentally leaked into the public and caused seven million people to die,” Paul said.
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) made a claim that implicated former President Barack Obama in regard to allegations involving the family of his then-Vice President Joe Biden.
Comer, in an interview with the Great America Show, hosted by Lou Dobbs, hinted that Obama was aware of the Biden family’s questionable international business deals that have been the focus of a years-long federal probe.
“I believe, Lou, that it’s because he knew what Joe Biden was doing the last year of his vice presidency,” Comer said.
“He knew his son (Hunter Biden) was no good, and he knew this was nothing but a political liability not just for our country, not just for the democrat party, but for Obama’s legacy,” the Kentucky Republican added.
Comer also raised the possibility that Obama’s awareness of the family’s business dealings might have influenced his hesitation to fully endorse Biden’s presidential campaign in 2020.
Congresswoman Nancy Mace (R-NC), speaking Thursday night on Fox News, lamented the nation’s “banana republic” government for allowing the president to indict his leading rival on charges related to the improper handling of classified documents.
Rep. Mace, who faced a primary challenger backed by the former president, claimed she is not a “shill” for Trump and that her comments speak directly to allegations that the Biden administration has weaponized the court system against him.
“When you look at the standard that [Biden] has, it’s a double standard. It’s second-tier double standard of justice in this country, and what the American people want, they want everybody to be treated the same,” Rep. Mace said.
The North Carolina congresswoman went on to say what other Republicans have claimed: the charges against Trump were brought in response to plans by Congress to impeach Biden over allegations he accepted millions of dollars in bribes.
The U.S. House of Representatives should immediately vote to approve an impeachment investigation into President Joe Biden on suspicion of bribery in the wake of new evidence emerging from the FBI’s 1023 form.
That document, handed over to Congress only after the House Oversight Committee threatened to charge FBI Director Christopher Wray with contempt, reportedly describes a $5 million foreign scheme to bribe Biden.
As I wrote in March, there were already amble grounds to investigate Biden for bribery — one of only two crimes specifically mentioned in the Constitution as grounds for impeachment and removal from office.
At that time, the House Oversight Committee had just revealed that the Biden family received $3 million from a company controlled by the Chinese Communist Party. There was no clear business purpose, nor goods traded.
That came on top of suspicions — first raised within the Obama administration itself — that there were conflicts of interest in allowing Biden run Ukraine policy while his son, Hunter, was paid by a corrupt Ukrainian firm.
To “right” the past “wrongs” of apartheid, South African President Cyril Ramaphosa and his African National Congress (ANC) political party are trying to punish white residents by enacting “race quotas” on how much water they are allowed to use.
Until yesterday, I’d not read any documents in the lawsuit brought by the states of Missouri, Louisiana et al vs. President Biden. Because of this, I didn’t fully grasp the stunning claims made by the plaintiffs, nor realize how overwhelming the evidence is that supports this case.
After explaining the plot that involves the Autobots searching for a key that will prevent Unicron from not only destroying Cybertron, but allowing them to return to the planet, Price of Reason reveals the film contains “a heavy dose of of modern day Hollywood trendy agendas.”
“As dumb as much as the writing seemed on previous installments there was still a sense of escapism even if those movies were admittedly somewhat of a nostalgic guilty pleasure,” he said. “This movie starts with a heavy dose of of modern day Hollywood trendy agendas right out the gate.”
“And when I say right out the gate I mean immediately after the opening credits,” he asserted. “The main human protagonist Noah Diaz lives in Brooklyn, New York. His brother is sick and his family is facing financial struggles. And he has to go on a job interview. About 30 seconds into the movie Noah’s mother tells Noah that he should pretend to laugh at the white interviewers jokes because the whites like that kind of stuff. And maybe if he laughs the whites will agree to give him a job.”

The leaders of Extinction Rebellion (XR) and various other European eco-terrorism groups are planning a “summer of chaos” in the United States this year, complete with a “large-scale civil disobedience campaign” of hunger strikes, road and highway blockages, and disruption at federal properties.
