Russia responded with a new threat of escalation on Tuesday to reports that France could soon send trainers to help the Ukrainian military.

“No instructor involved in training the Ukrainian military has immunity,” Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told the press according to a report from French newswire AFP.

“It doesn’t matter whether they’re French or not,” Peskov added.

France’s President Emmanuel Macron has once again warned against the rise of the far-right parties in Europe, saying they can bring the continent to “a standstill.”

"Europe has never been so threatened," Macron said in televised interview on Thursday, referring to the rise of the far-right in France and other European countries.

"If tomorrow France sends a large far-right delegation and if other major countries do the same, Europe could find itself at a standstill," he said.

As if he hasn't already caused enough pain, suffering, and death in Ukraine, French President Emmanuel Macron is at it again.  He will announce that French Mirage 2000-5 Fighter Jets will be given to Ukraine to fight Russia.

He will also announce those jets can be used to strike targets inside territorial Russia, and that Ukrainian Pilots will be trained to fly them, in France.

Looks as though Macron is not going to stop until Russia hits Paris with a nuclear bomb.

French President Emmanuel Macron used the occasion of D-Day memorial events in France on Thursday to make some big announcements on Ukraine. This after President Biden focused much of his speech on 'defeating Russia' - as opposed to remembrance of WWII and those who perished on the beaches of Normandy.

For the first time Macron said that there's been a specific request from the Zelensky government to send French troops to Ukrainian soil in order to train forces there, amid a growing manpower shortage and severe lag in adequate training.

“Tomorrow we will launch a new cooperation and announce the transfer of Mirage 2000-5” fighter jets to Ukraine made by French manufacturer Dassault and train their Ukrainian pilots in France, Macron told French TV.

Italian Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini criticised French President Emmanuel Macron for pushing the idea of sending European troops to fight in the conflict in Ukraine. Salvini’s comments were made on the same day that Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov once again warned that French soldiers operating in Ukraine would be legitimate targets.

Hundreds troops jumped into a rural drop zone which was used on D-Day 80 years ago. However, they hit the ground, they were greeted not only by cheers from a nearby crowd but French passport officials. The clip then shows them having their documents stamped at a desk in a field. The irony was not lost on Mr Farage, who was in Normandy himself yesterday for a D-Day commemoration. Sharing a clip via X, he commented: “The French Border Force stop our D-Day paratroopers, who are re-enacting, but are happy to let 4,000+ boats cross the Channel. “Why do we pay them all this money?”

The vast majority of French citizens, including many on the left, believe the growing feeling of insecurity across the country and mass immigration are intrinsically linked, new polling has revealed.

I am sure the birdie will be singing and then, maybe, he will be sent to Monsieur Macron with all the appropriate publicity. The guy was wounded and VSU tried to kill him. Well, he is lucky, he will have now humane treatment, good medical care and good rest in Russian captivity. The only question will be what is his REAL background... in French Army.
